"Performance Nutrition Analysis"
Designed for the athlete looking to better understand the tenants of successful nutrition strategy and its application, the TriMax performance nutrition analysis is a personalized review of your eating habits based on a supplied 5 day food journal. This analysis features a breakdown of your macro nutrient intake (protein, carbohydrate, fat) and the suggested changes or revisions needed to establish optimal hormonal balance. This package also includes an overview of the role that hormones play in your nutritional choices and how to treat food as a drug. Furthermore, this session also includes race day nutrition protocol, post workout food intake guidelines and how to ensure your hydration levels match the needs of your performance goals. This package features a 2 hour 1:1 session.
