Can I train with TriMax Fitness in the off-season training?

Yes. The sport of triathlons requires that athletes give 100% of their effort at all times in order to achieve success. At times, this 'effort' needs to be directed strictly towards resting, recovery and technique enhancements. TriMax has designed a program that complements your in-season dedication with an off-season skill building regimen. We stay in touch with you all year long if you are signed up as a TriMax Fitness athlete. Our routines focus on the constant progression of an athlete through daily lifestyle management. Training, resting and nutrition all year long.



Do you offer any type of training for non-competing athletes?

We do offer an executive fitness program for those individuals that are seeking advice or coaching towards implementing a healthy lifestyle. We also offer an the opportunity for individuals to focus on relevant training disciplines to help maximize performance in specific areas.

Can young athletes train with TriMax Fitness?

We offer a limited program for young athletes who have dedicated themselves to improving their athletic performance in the triathlon disciplines.

 

 

How early should I arrive for my training session?

For your first training session, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early. This will allow us to build in time for us to assess your warmup routine. On all subsequent visits, we ask that you arrive early enough for you to be fully warmed up and ready to perform at your appointed time. This ensures that we maximize our time together...there is no reason for you to spend your money for us to watch you warmup every session.

 

 

I do not live in Connecticut. How can I receive the benefits of TriMax Fitness? customized programs and get answers to specific questions that I have?

We offer special virtual training programs to those athletes located outside of the TriMax coaching vicinity. These individualized programs will take your current performance levels, physical stats, strengths, weakness and goals into account.
