Our Philosophy

At TriMax , we begin and end with the target group and their defined success criteria.  Such protocols feature a current state assessment against nutrition, training and recovery protocols, collaborative goal setting and then the formation of a measurable, repeatable and observable set of regimens that allow for defined progress of our acumen.

Our programming features hands on training of both coaches and athletes (on the field of play and off) to ensure the education behind the protocols is fully understood and utilized.  In addition to customized training programs, we also deliver athletically driven nutrition plans and recovery techniques designed to reduce training injuries and optimize performance. 

All participants will be armed with information that will enable them to better prepare practice/training plans and optimize performance.  At the same time, athletes will be exposed to both the theory and reality of the most productive training, nutrition and recovery programs.

Finally, safety of the athlete is always in focus. By understanding the current fitness level and ultimate goal, we are able to create a training environment that allows us to safely take all athletes beyond what they can normally do. The body will subsequently respond quickly and the improvements will be evident and long lasting.
