Running Performance Coaching
If someone asked you to teach them how to run, could you actually explain efficient running technique and form? Have you been frustrated by nagging IT band, knee or lower back pain? Lean how to run properly and pain free in less than an hour by learning the CrossFit Endurance method of posture, falling and pulling. Each student will receive a videotape analysis of their form and objective feedback on how to improve. Additionally, each athlete is provided a 6 week program of additional drills and skills to be used in refining the changes outlined in our lesson. Our program is comprehensive and features the following:
-1 hour running efficiency and form lesson
-Videotaped run analysis with identification of efficiency metrics and feedback
-Teaching of CrossFit Endurance posture, falling and pulling theory
-Hands on drills and skills introduction and practice
-6 week “homework” package to ensure imbedding of proper form and technique
Fee: $100/session
