I started Trimax Fitness Training after experiencing a rocky road in my entry into the world of triathlon. I had high hopes of immersing myself in the sport, but was overwhelmed by the amount of information available and an inability to find a trustworthy outlet to source more direct feedback. After almost 3 years of personal trials and errors, I successfully navigated a comprehensive self designed and self coached annual training plan that rewarded my persistence by completing the 2007 Ford Ironman World Championship.
Along this journey I was able to take my extensive competitive swimming background and marathon swimming experience and cross pollinate those learnings into running and biking disciplines. Whether your goals are to finish your first sprint triathlon or make it to Kona, Trimax Fitness can design a training regimen that will deliver your goals on your terms. That is, all our fitness programming is designed specifically to address our clients’ personal needs and wants.
